Vici Public School Online Enrollment for 2025-2026 is now open!
Parents/Guardians can access forms and upload documents by logging in to the SylogistEd Gradebook and clicking on Student Records Portal.
Pre-K through 6th grade must submit enrollment forms BEFORE the 1st day of classes on August 7th. 7-12 grade students must submit enrollment forms BEFORE they will be able to choose courses for the semester.
We are hosting in-person sessions for enrollment with these 2 goals in mind:
1. To provide assistance or make computers available to any parents who need access to them to complete the online enrollment. We can also help if you're having trouble logging in or setting up a login.
2. To allow 7-12 grade students the opportunity to choose their courses and set their schedules with Mr. Robertson after submitting their online enrollment.
In-Person Enrollment dates are July 28th & 29th from 3 pm to 8 pm, and July 30th from 9 am to noon. If you need help, please come to the gym lobby on these dates/times.
FOR STUDENTS WHO DID NOT ATTEND VICI SCHOOLS IN THE 24-25 SCHOOL YEAR: Parents/Guardians can go to www.vicischools.k12.ok.us, click on "GRADEBOOK" in the top right corner of the homepage, and click on "New User - Request an Account". Please allow 24 hours for an administrator to review and approve the request.

1. Do I need to attend one of the in-person enrollments if my child is in the PreK to 6th grade and I submitted all of the forms online?
No, elementary students and parents do not need to come to the school if forms are submitted online.
2. Do I have to submit my enrollment forms in order to set my class schedule?
Yes.
3. Does my parent need to come to the 7-12 in-person enrollment?
No. If your parent submits your enrollment online, then the student is able to set his or her schedule. But, parents are always welcome to accompany their child!
4. I am a parent/guardian, but why don't I see my child when I log in?
Only the PRIMARY guarding is able to submit enrollment forms and upload documents. Please contact Dr. Nelson if you have questions about primary guardians or gaining access to your child's record portal.
🚨Enrollment for the 25-26 school year will be completely online. We are making some final adjustments and expect the forms to be ready very soon. In the meanwhile - IF YOU ARE THE PRIMARY GUARDIAN AND DO NOT HAVE A GRADEBOOK ACCOUNT LOGIN, please follow these instructions to request account access today. You will only be able to enroll your child/children after your account has been approved by an administrator. We will have computers and assistance available at in-person enrollment for those who may need them.
The gym floor is still being refinished and will remain CLOSED through Sunday, July 27th. It will get several fresh coats of finish this week and it is critical that no one walks on it until it is cured. Thank you for your help.

Dead Period runs through July 6th, and we've also taken this opportunity to begin the repairs and refinishing of the gym floor. The gym will be CLOSED through July 21st or until further notice should repainting/refinishing need to be extended. Summer School has wrapped up after 4 weeks, and students ended their learning experience with a lot of FUN! 💦☀️
Students created tie-dye shirts and enjoyed some outside water splashing on Wednesday, and on Thursday, they took a field trip to Boiling Springs State Park. There, they visited the springs, read and learned about park animals, plants, and park creation, trekked through a trail to see animal prints🐾 and real deer🦌, and enjoyed some play time and snacks! It was a great end to their hard-work this summer. Thank you to our teachers, Miss Fenton & Mrs. Carroll, for dedicating their time to teach these children this summer! Happy Summer everyone!

OSSAA DEAD PERIOD IS FROM JUNE 28 - JULY 6, 2025. During the dead period, students and coaches may not use any school facilities (gyms, cages, weight room) and ball fields for activities governed by the OSSAA. Any contact between VPS coaches and athletes, for the purpose of instruction, will be prohibited.
Last week, Vici Superintendent, Mr. Coby Nelson, received the OROS (Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools) gavel and will serve as president of the organization for the 2025-2026 school year. The Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools (OROS) is a non-profit advocacy group made up of primarily Oklahoma superintendents that is dedicated to supporting and promoting the interests of rural school districts in Oklahoma. It focuses on providing resources, legislative advocacy, and networking opportunities to ensure equitable education for students in rural communities. Congratulations and thank you for representing Vici and rural schools across the state of Oklahoma, Mr. Nelson! #viciproud
